Real estate prices in Armenia are recovering in the second quarter of 2026, deputy governor of the Central Bank of Armenia (CBA), Hovhannes Khachatryan, told a press conference Tuesday.

Khachatryan reported that real estate prices in Armenia have been growing by 1–1.5% for several months in a row.

In his assessment, real estate prices in Armenia increased by 17% last month compared to July 2025. Khachatryan added that previously this growth had almost stopped, explaining that the growth rate had been slowing down for 1-1.5 years.

“As of the end of June, there is a price increase in the apartment rental market [in Armenia],” Khachatryan noted.

Also, the deputy governor of the CBA pointed to the trend according to which developers are considering non-residents as potential buyers of apartments in Armenia.
