Hraparak daily of Armenia writes as follows, in particular: The authorities are actively working in Meghri [city], where local government elections are scheduled for October 25.

The thing is that, due to TRIPP [i.e. the Trump Route for International Peace and Prosperity project], the Meghri elections have acquired strategic importance, and [Prime Minister] Nikol Pashinyan has taken it under his personal control. He has said that we will have to fight to the death so that the head of the community be the man of the authorities.

Land allocation and other issues related to TRIPP, let us assume, if a pro-Russian person becomes the head of the community, they can "fail." The number one task is to find a person acceptable to the population so that the election results are not a surprise for them.

A casting has already been announced for the selection of a candidate (...).
