F-16 fighter jets from the North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD) today intercepted several light aircraft that violated temporary flight restrictions in the area of Bedminster, New Jersey, where U.S. President Donald Trump’s golf club is located, the command said in a statement.

All aircraft were safely escorted out of the restricted area and accompanied by NORAD aircraft beyond its limits.

NORAD urged pilots to check Notices to Airmen (NOTAMs) and temporary flight restrictions issued by the U.S. Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) before flying.
