A fire broke out on the grounds of the Baku oil terminal in the Khatai district of Azerbaijan’s capital, Azerbaijani media reported.

There were no injuries or fatalities.

The fire started on Orkhan Ismayilov Street. Employees of the State Fire Protection Service of Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Emergency Situations promptly arrived at the scene and extinguished the fire, preventing it from spreading over a large area.

An ambulance team from the Republican Center for Emergency and Urgent Medical Care was also dispatched to the scene, but medical assistance was not needed.
