On Monday at 11։11pm local time, the seismological network of Armenia recorded a magnitude-3.8 earthquake in the country, 26 kilometers northeast of Vardenis town, and at a depth of 10 kilometers.

The tremor measured magnitude 5 in the epicenter. The quake was felt in Vardenis and Martuni towns as well as in Sotk, Tsovak, Vardenik, Karchaghbyur, Tsovinar, and Kut villages of Gegharkunik Province.
