An eight-year-old child was killed and eight others, including a child, were injured in a drone attack on Novorossiysk city, said Veniamin Kondratyev, governor of Russia’s Krasnodar region, Interfax reports.

“All night long, the Krasnodar region repelled a massive attack by several hundred drones of the Ukrainian armed forces. Novorossiysk, Anapa, Gelendzhik, and the Temryuk region came under attack,” Kondratyev said.

Later, the governor of Krasnodar reported that another person was killed in a drone wreckage crash in Volna town of Kuban region, RIA Novosti reports.
