Changes have been made to the government program for subsidizing interest rates on loans provided to greenhouses in Armenia.

According to a new decision adopted at the Cabinet meeting of the Armenian government on Thursday, participants in this assistance program will be entrepreneurs managing greenhouses with a total area of 1 ha and more, who have produced and sold agricultural products during 2026.

In addition, the deadline for submitting applications to financial institutions has been extended until June 1, 2027, and the requirement to submit an application only once has been eliminated.

As a result of this decision, it will be possible to ensure the continuity of the operation of greenhouses in Armenia and increase their productivity.
