Russia is ready for a constructive dialogue with Armenia, but there are certain problems on the Armenian side, Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexey Overchuk said in a comment on a Telegram channel.
“Recently, Oksana Lut—head of the [Russian] Ministry of Agriculture—had met with the minister of economy of Armenia and noted these problems. The phytosanitary control requirements must be fulfilled. It’s not about quality, there are various diseases there,” Overchuk noted.
