Sedrak Kocharyan, son of second president of Armenia Robert Kocharyan, has been remanded in custody for two months, lawyer Alexandr Kochubaev told reporters at the court yard.
"His visitation rights are also restricted, except for his wife and children. Here we are dealing with extrajudicial persecution, persecution with a political context," the attorney added.
