A telephone conversation between the prime ministers of Armenia and Georgia, Nikol Pashinyan and Irakli Kobakhidze, took place, the Armenian PM’s office informs.

The interlocutors discussed matters on agenda of Armenia-Georgia strategic relations, and the course of cooperation in various domains.

Also, Nikol Pashinyan touched upon the 17th Conference of the Parties to the UN Convention on Biological Diversity (COP17) to be held in Armenia’s capital Yerevan in October and invited Irakli Kobakhidze to Armenia to participate in the Leaders' Summit to be held within the framework of this event.

The premier of Georgia gladly accepted the invitation.
