President Donald Trump has posted a photo on Truth Social showing the Strait of Hormuz as a US territory.
The post, captioned "U.S. Territories," features the flags of Guam, the Virgin Islands, the Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, Wake Island, Washington, D.C., American Samoa, the Marshall Islands, and the Federated States of Micronesia.
Also, there is a map of the Strait of Hormuz at the top of this photo.
