The Civil Court of Appeal has rejected opposition “Strong Armenia” Alliance leader Samvel Karapetyan's appeal in its entirety, and upheld the first instance court's verdict, announced Nazeli Baghdasaryan, a member of the majority "Civil Contract" Faction in parliament.
According to her, the court reaffirmed that his publication was within the limits of freedom of speech.
