Within the framework of the annual workshop, the leadership of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) of Armenia and the heads of the country’s diplomatic services abroad, led by Minister Ararat Mirzoyan, visited the Akhurik checkpoint on the border with Turkey and the Akhuryan station of the Gyumri-Kars railway, Armenian News-NEWS.am was informed by the MFA.
The importance of the restoration and subsequent operation of the aforesaid railway and the progress of respective work were discussed.
