A time will come when the border delimitation between Armenia and Azerbaijan will become a technical process, Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan said in an interview with the state-funded Public Television of Armenia.

Mirzoyan explained that this will happen when the maps, the entire procedure and documents are agreed upon.

“Azerbaijan expresses concern about the constitution of Armenia, whereas we [i.e. Armenia] believe that this concern is already reflected in the text of the peace agreement. We do not have an agreement on this issue. At the same time, there is a functioning peace, economic cooperation, but there is no agreement,” the Armenian foreign minister noted.
