The SCO+ summit of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) has kicked off in Bishkek, the capital of Kyrgyzstan.
The leaders of a number of countries, including Azerbaijan, Armenia, Laos and Mongolia, as well as of some international organizations, have joined the talks of the heads of the SCO member states.
