The Russian Railways company is fulfilling all points of the concession management agreement signed with Armenia and is open to dialogue on various issues and proposals, Russian Railways CEO Oleg Belozerov told Izvestia.

He emphasized that Russian Railways is in constant contact with Armenian partners and, for its part, is very conscientious in fulfilling all points of the concession management agreement, which are in effect in accordance with joint acts.

“Accordingly, various questions, proposals arise that we jointly discuss and outline certain actions. There are various questions that Armenian partners address to us. We are open to dialogue,” Belozerov noted.
