Yerevan has not officially requested Moscow to transfer the concession management of the South Caucasus Railway company, Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexey Overchuk said, TASS reports.
“The matter itself has not been discussed in depth. There has been no official request,” Overchuk told reporters.
