A number of countries are providing unofficial help to Washington so that Iran “pay a penalty for firing at commercial shipping,” US Vice President JD Vance stated.
“If you look at Türkiye, Azerbaijan, Qatar, UAE, Saudi Arabia, if you look all across the world, we are actually seeing a lot of countries privately doing a lot of good things to help us ensure that the Iranians pay a penalty for firing at commercial shipping,” Vance said, according to Clash Report.
At the same time, however, he did not specify what kinds of “help” were being provided.
