Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Trade of Armenia Ararat Mirzoyan and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Latvia Baiba Braze on Monday signed the protocol between the governments of the two countries on the implementation of the agreement between the European Union and Armenia on the readmission of persons residing without authorisation.
