VAN. – The only fish living in the Lake Van, herring has started to migrate from the lake to fresh water for spawning.
Numerous people gather at the Arjesh region in Van at the same period every year to follow the herring, which moves against the Delichay Stream.
The Arjesh Kaymakam has set a special arena for all those wishing to follow the fish move to deep into water.
