Oil prices are slightly lower on Thursday morning after a strong rise the previous day, due to concerns about the escalation of conflict in the Middle East.

Accordingly, Brent oil futures for November delivery are trading at $100.88 per barrel on the ICE Futures stock exchange in London, which is $0.33 (0.33%) lower than the closing level at the previous trading session. On Wednesday, they had risen by $3.29 (3.4%) to $101.21 per barrel.

And the price of WTI oil futures for October delivery fell by $0.09 (0.09%) to $95.96 per barrel in online trading on the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX). In the previous trading session, they had increased by $3.02 (3.25%) to $96.05 per barrel.
