The Turkiye Exporters Assembly has published data on Turkey's export figures for January-August 2026. It is noted that compared to the same period of the previous year, the country’s exports increased by 4%, from $177.9 billion to $185 billion, Ermenihaber.am reports.

Turkey's exports to its eight neighboring countries—Azerbaijan, Bulgaria, Georgia, Iran, Iraq, Syria, Greece, and Armenia—have increased. Exports to these countries increased by 2.6% in the January-August, from $17,762,593,000 to $18,226,225,000. Compared to the same period last year, exports increased by $463.6 million.

Turkey is publicizing official data on exports to Armenia for the first time. Previously, it was stated that there was no direct land trade between Turkey and Armenia. But now it is officially reported that Turkey has exported goods worth $1,336,000 to Armenia in the January-August 2026.
