Hraparak daily of Armenia writes as follows, in particular: An upheaval is brewing in the state apparatus [of Armenia]. According to information, from January the salaries of heads of departments and divisions will increase sharply, and mainly political appointments are made to these positions—from the ranks of CC [i.e. the ruling Civil Contract Party] members.

It turns out that the leading, main specialists, who have achieved this status by advancing step by step in the system and thanks to their work, will receive several times less than their bosses, whose work is done by subordinates.
