Iran’s central military command said it has received information that the US is preparing to resume strikes on Iran, with the assistance of a number of countries in the region, Iranian state media report.

The statement noted that any attack by the US would result in a series of retaliatory strikes against US military bases and facilities in the region.

At the same time, the command warns that regional countries assisting US aggression against Iran will be considered parties to the conflict.

Also, it is emphasized that the Strait of Hormuz remains closed, and the Iranian authorities will not enter into negotiations until US President Donald Trump accepts their terms, including a cessation of hostilities, unfreezing of Iranian assets, and lifting of the naval blockade of Iran.
