Past daily of Armenia writes as follows, in particular: The fourth part of the annual session of PACE is underway in Strasbourg, in the work of which the [Armenian] opposition also participates (...).

Yesterday was an important day, since an issue directly related to Armenia was being discussed, namely the NA [i.e. National Assembly] anti-democratic elections held in June, accompanied by repressions and targeted arrests of competitors, which stood out with a simply outrageous "painting" during the vote counting.

What is noteworthy? The fact that the observation delegation of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) is even raising its voice about the electoral scandals. That is, the violations were so terrible and monstrous that even the European organizations that keep the power of [Armenian PM Nikol] Pashinyan with "hand and foot" cannot keep quiet about it. Moreover, in some episodes they simply “water down” the propaganda of the Pashinyan authorities regarding the elections.

As we can see, the PACE observers and the head of the observation group are quite well aware of the realities, although they sometimes prefer to express themselves vaguely about them for political reasons. Moreover, despite the violations recorded by them, they also note that the parliamentary elections in Armenia were, in general, organized, democratic, etc. (...).

Now let us record that despite the politicized bias, even the PACE observation mission was forced to record—at the level of a report—the problematic actions of the [Armenian] authorities they cherish.
