Unibank has issued bonds denominated in AMD and USD, with annual coupon rates of 10.3% and 6%, respectively.
The AMD and USD issues total 3 billion drams and 3 million US dollars. The bonds have a maturity of 36 months, with coupon payments made quarterly.
Each AMD bond has a nominal value of AMD 10,000, and the minimum purchase amount is AMD 1,000,000. Each USD bond has a nominal value of USD 100, and the minimum purchase amount is USD 1,000. Placement of the two issues is expected to be completed by 4 December 2026.
Funds raised through the Bank’s registered coupon bonds are guaranteed by the Deposit Guarantee Fund, subject to the limits, procedures and conditions set out in the Republic of Armenia’s Law “On Guaranteeing the Reimbursement of Bank Deposits of Individuals.”
Unibank is an active participant in Armenia’s capital market. The total volume of bonds issued by the Bank and listed on the Armenia Stock Exchange exceeds AMD 50 billion.
