During the working visit to Croatia, Ambassador of Armenia to the Czech Republic Ashot Hovakimian had a meeting with Irena Alajbeg, Director General of the Directorate General for Economic Affairs and Development Cooperation of the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs of Croatia, Armenian News-NEWS.am is informed by the Embassy of Armenia in Prague.

Ambassador Hovakimian presented the current dynamics of Armenia’s economic development and the steps being undertaken to diversify exports, highlighting the importance of the EU regulation granting autonomous trade measures to Armenia. The meeting also focused on opportunities and prospects for further deepening trade and economic cooperation between the two countries.

Ambassador Hovakimian met also with Silva Stipic Kobali, Director of the Business Internationalisation Centre at the Croatian Chamber of Economy. The meeting addressed opportunities to boost economic ties between Armenia and Croatia and further deepen business cooperation.
