Starting from November 1, the system for issuing identity documents in Armenia will operate in a new format, Armenian News-NEWS.am was informed by the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
Accordingly, new biometric services will be provided by a private partner.
New respective service offices will operate at 14 addresses.
And in the first quarter of 2027, the number of such new offices will reach the promised 23
