Continuing the expansion of its branch network, Armeconombank has reopened its Artashat branch at a new, more accessible address: 58/1 August 23 Street, Artashat.
On October 2, an official reopening ceremony took place, during which the branch’s modernized capabilities and comfortable solutions were presented to the Bank’s clients and partners.
"Expanding our branch network holds special importance for us. Even though we are consistently advancing digital banking, brick-and-mortar branches retain their strategic value. It is no coincidence that Armeconombank operates 50 branches with a presence across all regions of Armenia. In the Ararat region, Armeconombank operates two branches, which is crucial for financing local businesses and, most importantly, for building long-term, trusted relationships with our clients," noted Vahe Ghazaryan, Deputy CEO for Operations at Armeconombank, in his welcoming remarks.
Over the past five years, the credit portfolio of the Artashat branch has grown nearly 4.5 times, while the volume of attracted deposits has increased roughly 3-fold. Commercial and agricultural loans account for the predominant share of the credit portfolio. These indicators demonstrate high public trust in the Bank within the region, as well as effective financing targeted at local business development.
"Finding a reliable financial partner in the business environment is challenging. Given our operational rhythm, processing speed is critical. We are pleased that Armeconombank successfully combines speed with high-quality service and dependable partnership," said Hovhannes Aristakesyan, Director of Sunny City and corporate client of Armeconombank.
The branch features a 24/7 self-service area, enabling clients to carry out various transactions at any time of the day.
The reopening of the "Artashat" branch reaffirms Armeconombank’s commitment to driving balanced economic development across Armenia and maintaining long-standing, trusted relationships with its clients.
