The Armenia-Lithuania bilateral defense consultations were held at the Armenian Ministry of Defense (MoD) on Monday, Armenian News-NEWS.am was informed by the MoD.
The process and prospects of cooperation between the two countries in the defense sector were discussed. Also, the work carried out in 2026 and upcoming tasks were recapped.

In addition, head of the Defense Policy and International Cooperation Department of the Armenian MoD, Levon Ayvazyan, briefed his Lithuanian colleagues on the process of transformation of the Armenian Armed Forces.
At the end of the consultations, Ayvazyan and Gabija Damalakaite, Leader of the International Relations and Operations Group of the Lithuanian Ministry of National Defense, signed the 2027 cooperation program between the Armenian and Lithuanian MoDs.
