Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan on Thursday will leave for Turkmenistan to attend the summit of leaders of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) countries.
Most likely, this is the reason why tomorrow's Cabinet meeting of the Armenian government will begin an hour earlier, at 10am.
