A meeting between Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian took place in Turkmenistan, the PM’s office informs.
The interlocutors highlighted the intensive bilateral high-level contacts and noted with satisfaction that they contribute to the consistent development and expansion of Armenia-Iran relations.

The Armenian premier emphasized that the two countries have a rich agenda of cooperation and Iranian companies are involved in strategic projects being implemented in Armenia.

The parties expressed a conviction that Armenia-Iran relations will rise to a new level in the near future. The importance of the high-level mutual visits planned soon was stressed, too. Pashinyan and Pezeshkian exchanged views also on several other matters of mutual interest.
