YEREVAN. – The Central Electoral Commission (CEC) of Armenia informed the country’s political parties and the political party bloc, which ran in the May 6 National Assembly (NA) elections, to submit to the CEC—and no later than Friday at 6pm—the petitions for withdrawal from the proportional-election-system parliamentary mandates, which their MP candidates had received as a result of the elections.    

Subsequently, the CEC will prepare a report on the NA MPs’ voting in through proportional election system.
