Armenia-Russia relations are fraternal. Armenian Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Trade Ararat Mirzoyan on Friday told this to reporters on the sidelines of the Leaders' Summit on Biodiversity, within the framework of the 17th meeting of the Conference of the Parties (COP 17) to the UN Convention on Biological Diversity, in Yerevan,

“I assess Armenia-Russia relations as fraternal, I assess the discussions as constructive, I assess the problems as solvable. At all levels that are known to me, I assess [them] as solvable and constructive,” Mirzoyan said.
