Should they have shot, killed him? What's the problem? Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan on Thursday stated this at a press briefing following the Cabinet meeting of the Armenian government, in response to the question about the Azerbaijani shepherd who had crossed into Armenia and ended up in Tavush Province.

"The man crossed [the Armenian border], the [Armenian] military found [him], handed [him] over to the bodies of the National Security Service," Pashinyan said.

According to him, there is border in the world that a person cannot cross.

The head of the Armenian government added that the shepherd has already been handed over to the Azerbaijani side.
