YEREVAN. – The number of Armenian law enforcement members who are using Facebook has increased in recent periods. And it has become apparent that this is not a coincidence and it is done to keep an eye on Facebook, Hraparak daily writes.  

“The outbursts against the [Armenian] authorities’ plans are being organized through this social network in recent months.

Our reliable sources inform that Armenia’s Police Force aims to take control of the social network, too, and, in that, not solely to visually prevent the possible actions about to commence, but the technical security, too.    

According to our source, even discussions were held recently, about this technological ‘innovation,’ with the foreign experts who visited the Police,” Hraparak writes.
