Under Armenia’s draft state budget for 2027, funding for the Ministry of Internal Affairs is set at AMD 144.1 billion.
By comparison, the ministry’s budget for 2026 stood at AMD 102.644 billion. It had decreased by AMD 2.355 billion compared with 2025.
This means that funding for the ministry is set to rise significantly by approximately AMD 41.456 billion, or around 40%, compared with the 2026 level.
