YEREVAN. - There are new facts about the shootings at transvestites in Yerevan’s Komaygi Park which occurred on Tuesday night.
At 1.45 a.m. on Tuesday Gevorg T., 21, reported to the police informing that unknown people opened fire at him and Tigran K., 43, from a Toyota Prado as a result of which he got injured on his leg.
The Police discovered the Toyota Prado and detained the driver Gor T., 22, and his friend Grigor Y., 21. Gor confessed that he shot at Gevorg T. and Tigran K.
Investigation is underway.
Earlier Armenian News-NEWS.am reported that on Tuesday night an incident happened in a park in downtown Yerevan in front of the City Hall. The park is known as a gathering place for LGBT community.
