By 2030 the number of cancer cases will increase by 75 percent. In the third world countries the number of cancer patients will increase by 90 percent. All this is due to the static lifestyle, reports the International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC).

According to IARC, by 2030, the number of cancer patients will reach 22.2 million, for comparison – in 2008 12.7 million cancer cases had been registered. The reasons are obesity, unhealthy food, smoking, physical inactivity, and high levels of income. Countries like India, Pakistan and some African states are in the danger as their living standard improves, Utro.Ru reports.

According to scientists, ‘global measures’ are required in order to reduce cancer risks.
