make preferableYEREVAN. – Armenia’s FM Edward Nalbandian, who is in Tokyo as part of the delegation led by the President, on Wednesday met with Japan’s Deputy PM Katsuya Okada.
The interlocutors highly assessed the cooperation between both countries, and expressed a conviction that Armenian President’s visit to Japan will give new impetus to bilateral interaction, MFA Press Service informs.
Deputy PM Okada and FM Nalbandian noted with delight that the Armenian-Japanese ties have grown ever since their first meeting in 2009.
Nalbandian extended his thanks to Japan for its assistance to Armenia’s development.
They also discussed the avenues for expanding the economic cooperation between the two countries.
