YEREVAN. – The Azerbaijani diversions are part of the state propaganda. Their main purpose is to spread fear among the Armenian nation and to create an impression of getting ready for war, Karabakh war hero Arkadi Ter-Tadevosyan (Commandos) announced on Friday. According to Commandos, in reality Azerbaijan is not ready for war: outer as well as inner factors prove that and Baku’s wish to start war is not enough. “Currently a new strategy of warfare has been adopted, according to which at first major structures are attacked. In case of Azerbaijan it will be the oil pipe through which flows British oil. Regarding that the resumption of military activities will also concern the parties interested in oil,” Arkadi Ter-Tadevosyan said. As the hero states, there are also inner factors in Azerbaijan preventing the resumption of war. For example, there are over 12 national minorities in Azerbaijan, who do not get along at all. According to international experts, despite all militarization taking place in Azerbaijan, the country is still not ready for war, Ter-Tadevosyan pointed out.
