YEREVAN. – Military doctor Vahe Avetyan, 35, died at hospital on Friday, as a result of having been brutally beaten in Harsnakar restaurant, which belongs to the ruling party MP and head of Armenian Football Federation Ruben Hayrapetyan, Armenian Defense Minister confirmed to Armenian News-NEWS.am.

Earlier the agency has informed that the incident has occurred at the restaurant on June 17, where several military doctors including Edgar Mikoyan, Arkadi Aghajanyan, Garik Soghomonyan, Artak Bayadyan and Vahe Avetyan were brutally beaten by the restaurant employees. 

Criminal case was instigated. Police first detained 7 people but arrested six of them.
