Ukrainian Head of State Viktor Yanukovych extended his congratulations to Armenia’s President Serzh Sargsyan, in connection with his birth anniversary. 

“I wish you health and future success in your state activities, and peace and prosperity to the people of Armenia.   

I must note your considerable input in the expansion of Armenian-Ukrainian cooperation, [and] strengthening of ties between our peoples.  

I appreciate our friendly personal contacts, which contribute to developing the interaction of our two states,” specifically reads Viktor Yanukovych’s congratulatory letter, which is posted on the official website.
