Three new members complemented on Saturday the Board of Directors of “Systems” Joint-Stock Financial Corporation.

As a result of the Corporation’s annual meeting, its Board of Directors was reelected, but it included three independent members as well.      

Armenia’s second President Robert Kocharyan likewise was reelected Board member.

To note, Kocharyan was reelected “Systems” Joint-Stock Financial Corporation’s Board member in June 2011, too. 

This corporation is one of Russia’s largest diversified holding and it joins several companies.  

The Corporation was established in 1993.
