YEREVAN. – Armenia’s Emergency Situations Ministry received a distress call, around one hour ago, informing that three people had climbed and subsequently gotten lost nearby the ancient Smbataberd Fortress, located in the Vayots Dzor Region, and that rescuers were needed.
A rescue squad was dispatched to the scene, the Ministry informs.
