make preferableYEREVAN. – With the order of Armenia’s Defense Minister Seyran Ohanyan, Artsrun Hovhannisyan is appointed MOD Press Secretary.
Hovhannisyan was born in 1980 in Tsoghamarg village of the Shirak Region.
He is in Armenia’s Armed Forces ever since 1997.
In 2001, he graduated from the MOD Vazgen Sargsyan Military Institute, and, in 2012, he received his master’s degree in history from the National Academy of Sciences’ International Scientific and Educational Center.
He has written dozens of scholarly articles and monographs.
Artsrun Hovhannisyan is married and has two daughters.
