YEREVAN. – Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan confirmed the strategic program on legal and judicial reforms in 2012-2016 and subsequent events. The aim of the program is to provide in Armenia a legal system and judiciary corresponding to the criteria of a law-governed state.

The program covers different areas such as criminal, civil, administrative justice, the judiciary, prosecution, legal services and the scope of services provided to citizens.

For each event the terms and responsible agencies are set, as well as indicators, which will ensure successful implementation of the projects.
