YEREVAN.- Syrian-Armenian children are arriving in Armenia for summer vacation. During the Thursday government meeting, Premier Tigran Sargsyan said 120 Armenian children are arriving from Damascus on Thursday and 300 will travel from Aleppo by a special flight.

Premier said the first additional flight from Damascus was operated with financial support of Prometey Bank.

During the August 2 meeting the Armenian government allocated about $22,000 for the Ministry of Territorial Administration to set up summer camps for Armenian children from Syria.

They will spend two-week vacation in summer camps and Armenian families. If the situation is deteriorated, they will be sheltered for a longer period of time.
