ETCHMIADZIN.- Catholicos of All Armenians Karekin II left on Friday for an ecumenical visit to Romanian diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church.   

He will attend the reconsecration of Zamca Monastery in Suceava and the ceremony dedicated to monastery’s 500th anniversary.

He is accompanied by Archbishop Norvan Zakarian, primate of the Armenian Apostolic Church in France, Archbishop Khajag Barsamian, Primate of the Diocese of Armenian Church of America (Eastern), Primate of the Diocese of New Nakhichevan and Russia, Bishop Ezras Nersisyan and others.
