STEPANAKERT. – Azerbaijani armed groups violated the ceasefire, at the line of contact between the Karabakh-Azerbaijani opposing forces, around 300 times in the past week, during which more than 1,500 shots were fired in the direction of Armenian positions—and by way of different-caliber artillery weapons—, the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR) Defense Army informed Armenian News-NEWS.am. 

But as a result of the appropriate actions taken by the Defense Army vanguard units, the adversary’s aggressive operations were stopped, the Defense Army also informed. 

The Armenian side did not suffer any human losses or injuries.
